The Wagner family vineyards are renowned for producing some of the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Napa Valley to the Sonoma Coast. And are especially revered for their Caymus Cabernet.
From the Smoked Duck Salad to the Crème Brulee, as each course is presented, diners will learn about how each wine was selected to enhance their enjoyment of each dish. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or just looking for something new, this is sure to be an evening of great food and fun.
A sample of the exquisite Wine Pairing experience: to begin, a Smoked Duck Salad paired with Mer Soleil Chardonnay. Followed by a Trio of Soups with specially selected wine. Pan-fried Scallops and Crab Cake with Belle Glos Pinot Nor. An entrée of Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon. Passion Fruit Creme Brulee with a Dessert Wine, as well as coffee or tea.

Smart casual attire is suggested - slacks for men, dresses or pantsuits for women. (No jeans, shorts, or sneakers, please.) On formal evenings, formal attire is also appropriate in the restaurant. This includes suits and ties or tuxedos for men and cocktail dresses for women.

Telephone numbers can be found in your stateroom. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a minimum of $10 USD.
A $74.50 per guest fee covers meal and gratuities. Specialty beverages, beer, wine and soda are offered at current bar menu prices.
